Zoom recognized in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Revenue Action Orchestration for the first time
Zoom today announced that it has been recognized as a Niche Player in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Revenue Action Orchestration for its Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA). This marks Zoom’s first inclusion in the Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration since launching just four years ago.
Zoom believes this recognition reflects its approach to helping revenue teams move beyond conversation intelligence to turn customer insights into meaningful action. By bringing AI-powered insights, coaching, and sales workflows together with communications, Zoom Revenue Accelerator is designed to help organizations improve sales execution and work toward more predictable revenue outcomes.
“To us, being recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration for the first time is an important milestone for Zoom Revenue Accelerator and Zoom’s revenue OS vision,” said Linda Lian, general manager of Zoom revenue AI products. “We believe the future of revenue intelligence is about more than understanding what happened in a customer conversation. It’s about helping teams know what to do next and making it easier to take action. We’re building ZRA to connect insights with execution, helping sellers work more effectively and focus on what matters most: building customer relationships and driving growth.”
Zoom believes ZRA’s native dialing capabilities, integration with Zoom Workplace, and ability to make conversation data available across broader technology ecosystems reflect the value of its unified platform approach, bringing communications, AI-powered revenue intelligence, and sales workflows together to help organizations reduce complexity and improve productivity.
