Zoom today announced that Zoom Webinars & Events has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Virtual Event Management Platforms, Q2 2026, and also received above-average customer feedback.

According to the report, “Zoom is a strong choice for organizations prioritizing security, reliability, scalability, and AI-enabled productivity, especially those already standardized on Zoom’s UCaaS platform.” Customer feedback cited in the evaluation highlighted Zoom’s platform familiarity, interactivity, high-quality, reliable streaming, and praised their relationships with Zoom’s support teams.
