Revenue teams can quickly retrieve conversation summaries, analyze pipeline health, and apply coaching feedback inside their existing AI workflows, without manually exporting documents.

As part of the launch, Zoom is also introducing a new plugin with OpenAI Codex, bringing ZRA insights directly into the AI systems where developers are building next-generation revenue agents and workflows.

Built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the Zoom Revenue Accelerator MCP Connector enables compatible AI platforms to securely access ZRA data directly within AI-powered workflows.

This release introduces new capabilities, including:

  • Conversation intelligence across AI workflows: Give AI assistants access to the customer conversations behind revenue decisions, including transcripts, summaries, next steps, objections, and coaching feedback, so teams can quickly understand what happened in every deal without digging through recordings or notes.
  • Real-time pipeline and deal visibility: Bring live pipeline context directly into AI workflows, helping revenue teams identify at-risk deals, track engagement momentum, review account activity, and prepare for forecasting conversations without manually piecing together updates across systems.
  • Coaching insights that scale across teams: Surface scorecards, rep evaluations, and manager feedback directly within AI workflows so sales leaders can identify coaching opportunities, reinforce methodologies, and improve consistency across customer conversations.
  • Organizational context for revenue teams: Help AI systems understand how revenue organizations operate by connecting team structures, reporting hierarchies, and account ownership information across the sales organization.

The new Zoom Revenue Accelerator plugin for OpenAI Codex brings ZRA intelligence directly into Codex, enabling developers, sellers, sales engineers, and revenue leaders to interact with customer conversations and pipeline insights using natural-language prompts.

Teams can use prompts within Codex, such as:
