Zoom recognized as a Top Provider in the Metrigy 2025 MetriStar Awards for CCaaS platforms

Zoom earns top distinction for business success and customer sentiment in competitive CCaaS market

Today, Zoom announced that it has been recognized as a Top Provider in the Metrigy 2025 MetriStar Awards for Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) platforms. Zoom was one of only six vendors to earn this distinction out of 19 providers evaluated.

The MetriStar Award is based on quantitative business success metrics and customer sentiment ratings, and Zoom Contact Center received above-average performance in three out of four key areas. These include first contact resolution, customer satisfaction, and agent attrition, as well as a customer sentiment score above the industry average of 8.05 out of 10.
