Zoom Releases FY25 Impact Report

Today, Zoom issued its Impact Report for FY25 (February 2024-January 2025), highlighting the company’s contributions, policies, and accomplishments across sustainability, governance, social impact, security, privacy practices, and employee wellbeing.
Zoom’s approach to impact is anchored in the company’s core value of Care — from caring for customers and communities to caring for employees (“Zoomies”). FY 25 was a strong year of growth for Zoom and included a name change to “Zoom Communications Inc.,” reflecting the company’s continued evolution as an AI-first work platform for human connection. As the company continues to evolve, so does Zoom’s approach to impact, ensuring policies, sustainable practices, and corporate giving align with shifting global needs.
The following are key highlights from this year’s report.
- Making a Continued Impact: Since its inception, Zoom’s collective charitable efforts have supported:
- $35M in monetary grants
- $25M in product grants
- $4M in employee-led giving
- Employee Giving: More than 1,245 nonprofits were gifted contributions of over $850,000 through the generosity of Zoomies.
- Community Giving: Zoom received the Tech Cares philanthropy Award from B2B software platform TrustRadius, for our community giving accomplishments.
- Workplace Design: Continue to design our offices and customer experience centers to achieve LEED certification.
- Operational Execution: Zoom reached 94% renewable energy coverage in its data center operations through our partnership with Equinix co-location facilities.
- Customer first mindset: Zoom maintains dozens of attestations and certifications to provide insights into how we keep our customer data safe and secure.
